1. Digital delivery

Mass Flow Labs Ltd supplies software, apps and related online services. These are delivered electronically: by download link, account access, licence key or installation instructions sent to the email address you give at checkout, promptly after your payment is confirmed. No physical shipment is involved and no delivery charges apply.

If you have not received access within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder and then contact support@massflowlabs.com with your order number.

2. Physical goods

We do not currently sell physical goods, so no physical shipping applies.
